Where are the postcards mailed from?

All postcards are mailed from Hawaii, USA, with an authentic Hawaii postmark.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic US delivery typically takes 3–7 days. International delivery takes 1–3 weeks depending on the destination country.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. We mail to any country that accepts international mail from the United States.

How much does it cost?

One flat price per postcard, regardless of destination. You'll see the exact price on the checkout page.

Can I send multiple postcards?

Yes — start a new order for each postcard. Each one has its own recipient and message.

Do I need an account?

No account needed. Just choose, write, pay, and we handle the rest.

Can I track my postcard?

Postcards don't have tracking numbers, but you'll receive an email confirmation when we mail yours.

What if my postcard doesn't arrive?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled before we start writing. Once the postcard is being prepared for mailing, cancellations are not possible. See our refund policy for details.
