PostcardHawaii collects only the information necessary to process and mail your postcard: your email address, and the recipient's name and mailing address.

What we collect

• Your email address (for order confirmation and status updates)
• Recipient name and mailing address (to send the postcard)
• Your postcard message
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card number)

How we use it

We use your information solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing.

Data retention

Order records are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and support purposes, then deleted.
