PostcardHawaii collects only the information necessary to process and mail your postcard: your email address, and the recipient's name and mailing address.

What I collect

• Your email address (for order confirmation and status updates)
• Recipient name and mailing address (to send the postcard)
• Your postcard message
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — I never see your card number)

How I use it

I use your information solely to fulfill your order. I do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing.

Data retention

Order records are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and support purposes, then deleted.

Explore Hawaii and Viator

Explore Hawaii can display optional Viator partner offers. These are loaded only when you choose “Load photos & offers”. Loading an offer connects your browser to Viator, which receives connection information such as your IP address and may use cookies according to its own privacy policy. Closing the offers stops displaying the embed; it does not remove cookies already set by Viator.

Affiliate links include our partner and campaign identifiers so Viator can attribute bookings. We do not send your postcard message, recipient address or order information to Viator. Tour bookings and payments are handled on Viator, separately from postcard orders. See Viator’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
