Service
PostcardHawaii provides a service to write and mail physical postcards from Hawaii on your behalf. Each order is for one postcard to one recipient.
Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. By completing checkout you authorize us to charge the displayed amount.
Fulfillment
We aim to mail all postcards within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on postal services and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before writing begins. Once a postcard is being prepared, cancellation is not possible. See our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for postal delays, lost mail, or circumstances outside our control.
