Cancellations before writing

If you contact us before I begin writing your postcard, I will issue a full refund.

After writing has begun

Once a postcard has been written and prepared for mailing, I am unable to issue refunds.

Non-delivery

If your postcard does not arrive within 6 weeks (domestic) or 8 weeks (international), contact me and I will investigate. I may issue a refund or re-send at my discretion.

How to request a refund

Email hello@postcardhawaii.com with your order number. I respond within 1–2 business days.
